European LEPCA project "Advanced training for international child abduction lawyers"

The advanced training consists of four webinars in 2016 and a blended training in 2017 on January 26-27 in Berlin, Germany.*
During and after the training an important evaluation will be held. The working language will be English.

University teams warm up for big ICC Mediation Competition

News from our partner ICC Bulgaria – National Committee of International Chamber of Commerce

Business and law students from around the world are set to compete in the International Chamber of Commerce’s biggest educational event of the year, the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, in Paris on 7-12 February.

From Aarhus to Warsaw, 66 universities will take part in the 9th ICC Mediation Competition, an event that has grown enormously since its launch with just 10 teams in 2006.  Of the 42 countries represented this year, Bahrain, Kenya, Trinidad and Tobago, and many more, are fielding universities for their first time.


PAMB invites you to complete questionnaire seeking inputs to foster the use of mediation

The European Parliament is seeking inputs and suggestions to foster the use of mediation in civil and commercial disputes. To this end, a questionnaire titled Assessing the Impact of the EU Mediation Directive and Exploring Legislative and Non-Legislative Measures to Encourage the Use of Mediation in EU Member States is availableat:

A report based on the responses to the questionnaire is scheduled to be presented to the European Parliament at the end of November 2013.This less-than-10-minute questionnaire consists of multiple choice questions and proposed solutions to be ranked on a spectrum of usefulness. We invite you to complete the questionnaire and forward the link to any person interested in contributing to the improvement of EU mediation policy.


The Project EuroNetMediation was presented at the European Conference of GEMME in Paris

002The topic of the Conference was “Perspectives on judicial mediation” and it brought  together personalities from judiciary from all over Europe.
